For bureau partners
The Speaker Proposal builder
Planner presentations are usually assembled from PDFs, email threads, and crossed fingers. The builder replaces that with one branded link: a Speaker Proposal, built from verified records and always current.
How a Speaker Proposal is built
- Pick speakers from verified records. Inside your bureau dashboard, choose the speakers who fit the brief and add them to a Speaker Proposal List, one list per planner. Every candidate carries their verified record, so the vetting you present is the vetting that already happened.
- The proposal builds itself from their packets. Photos, bios, topics, fees, video, and verified engagements flow in from each speaker’s live packet. Nothing is retyped and nothing is reformatted by hand.
- Your branding goes on it. The proposal carries your bureau’s name and contact details, presented the way your bureau presents. The planner sees your Speaker Proposal, not a platform directory.
- Send one link. The planner opens a single page: each speaker’s summary, their verified record one tap away, and your contact path for the booking conversation.
What the planner sees
A clean, branded page: your proposal, each speaker’s photo, headline topics, fee range, and verified engagements count, with the full packet and the public record behind every entry. No login for the planner, no attachments to download, nothing to forward in pieces.
Updates reach the link already sent
A Speaker Proposal is a living page, not a file. Add or remove a speaker, and the link the planner already holds shows the new lineup. When a speaker updates their packet or adds a verified engagement, the proposal reflects it, so an old PDF never strands in a planner’s inbox with last season’s fee.
Cost: free for partners. The builder sits inside your bureau dashboard from approval.
