Run the Business: SpeakerPacket Tools

SpeakerPacket Tools

Run the Business

Contracts, invoices, payments, and prep, handled like a pro operation. The back office runs on the same record as the front office, so a number typed once is the number everywhere.

Every tool carries its real status. Two entries below are deliberately honest about what is not built yet, because a tools page that overclaims would break the one promise this whole product stands on.

Contract BuilderLive

What it is: a clean speaking agreement generated from the engagement itself: client, event, date, fee, travel, and your standard terms already in place, with a designed PDF for signature.

How you use it: start from the booking in your dashboard, adjust the terms that differ, and send. Statuses track the deal from draft to signed in the same place.

Invoice BuilderLive

What it is: branded invoices generated from the signed deal, matching the contract to the cent, sent by email with a clear paid or waiting status, deposits and balances tracked against the event.

How you use it: raise the deposit invoice when the contract lands and the balance invoice after the talk, without rebuilding either from an old email.

Payments deskLive

What it is: your check, ACH, and wire details kept in one private place, plus a clean payment sheet you send planners that matches your packet, so nobody ever asks twice where the money goes.

How you use it: save your details once in your dashboard; the payment sheet rides along with the contract and the invoice, always current.

Speaker Co-PilotLive

What it is: the top of your dashboard, working for you: one improvement a day, a verification scan of your record, and the single next action most likely to move your speaking business, prepared in one tap.

How you use it: open your dashboard and do the one thing it puts in front of you. Small, daily, and always tied to your real record, never generic advice.

Quote BuilderBuilding

What it is: the first document in the paperwork chain: client, event, date, fee, travel, and terms, pre-filled from your profile and sent while the conversation is warm, feeding the contract and invoice that follow it.

How you use it: in build. Today the contract and invoice builders and the payments desk cover the money paperwork end to end; the dedicated quote step joins them so the chain starts one document earlier.

AV PacketBuilding

What it is: everything a venue tech needs in one place: stage setup, slide deck handling, media, intro, and your pre-event checklist, so the room is right before you walk into it.

How you use it: today your full AV requirements live as a section on your packet, written once and sent with every booking, with a link out to a longer AV page if you keep one. The standalone AV page, with a designed PDF version, is in build.

Availability CalendarComing

What it is: your real availability, visible to bureaus, with soft holds they can place themselves when a planner asks about a date, so no date gets missed or doubled while everyone waits on email.

How you use it: on the roadmap, not built yet, and this page will not pretend otherwise. When it ships, you will keep one calendar in your dashboard, bureaus will hold dates against it, and you will confirm or release each hold in one tap.

Event Kit GeneratorComing

What it is: the event’s materials in one link: headshots in the sizes planners ask for, bios in three lengths, session descriptions for the program and the app, social copy the organizer can paste, your introduction, and your AV details for the tech crew.

How you use it: on the roadmap. Every ingredient already exists across your packet and listing guide; the generator that assembles them per event into a single forwardable link is what is being built.

The other two toolboxes

The record and materials that win the booking live in Win the Booking, and what the audience leaves behind lives in Grow the Room.
